OUR WHY

We’ve consistently seen a major gap in our industry when it comes to transparency with contracted labor pools. Too often, 1099 contractors are placed in roles that don’t match their true skill level, and the client ends up suffering without ever knowing why things didn’t go as smoothly as they should have.

Our own experiences led us to build a company that operates differently—one designed to be a true partner to our clients. We step in to fight the technical and operational battles they may not even realize exist, not because they lack intelligence, but because production and technology are not their primary expertise. Their event should never suffer simply because they “didn’t know what they didn’t know.”

HOW WE GOT HERE​
The way we host and produce events has taken on a new meaning. What used to work in the past is just that, in the past. Event producers are finding themselves scrambling to find the appropriate technical support in a sea of technical mis-information. Technology is changing and evolving faster than anyone can keep up. Payroll cost to keep the kind of skilled staff needed to provide dependable and reliable tech support has become an astronomical financial burden. Technicians and engineers are being pushed to take on more roles.
