Our membership is the primary way DTS serves its clients. By providing dedicated service we ensure that our clients are informed, prepared, and at peace with the complex technology challenges presented in the worship space.

 

We fully believe that by creating a formal connect with our clients through our membership we are able to maintain open and direct communication on a consistent basis. This allows our Technical Directors to operate as your dedicated Technical Director/Producer for your church at less cost than hiring a full time staff member.

Once the membership is active and you and your team begin to meet regularly with your dedicated Technical Director, you are then able to explore and signup for additional services.

  • Access to the DTS Emergency help desk

  • Access to the DTS Membership Center

  • Discount pricing on all services

Tier 3 $750/month

  • Billed every 30 days until canceled (email membership@dependabletech.services to cancel

  • Two, 30-min virtual consultation meetings per week with your assigned Technical Director

  • Initial, onsite technical system health report

  • Development and continued maintenance of your church Technical Book

  • Weekly technical equipment and staff report

  • Priority Access to the DTS Emergency help desk

Tier 4 $1000/month

  • Billed every 30 days until canceled (email membership@dependabletech.services to cancel

  • Unlimited, virtual consultation meetings per week with your dedicated Technical Director (able to support multi-site churches)

  • Initial, onsite technical system health report

  • Quarterly technical system asset protection report

  • Development and continued maintenance of your church Technical Book

  • Weekly technical equipment and staff report

  • Yearly technical equipment and staff budget development and report

  • Priority Access to the DTS Emergency help desk

  • Access to the DTS Membership Center

Our services add additional benefits to your membership. Once your membership is active you can explore the following services with your dedicated Technical Director. You can pick and choose your services to best fit your church needs and budget.

Best thing is you only commit to the services for 30-day increments. This allows you to change your service package every 30 days as you see fit for your ever evolving church technical needs.

Technical Production: Managerial and design support for simple to complex technical-event productions.

On-site: In-person and onsite technical support for services, rehearsals and events.

Break-fix: Month-to-month solution for maintaining equipment operational readiness.

Video Production: Full video and graphics production editing services and design.

Training & Development: Customized, virtual or in-person, video training for your volunteers and staff.

Technology Integration: Un-complicated project development, design, and installation of technology upgrades.

 

Membership and Services Terms & Conditions:

  • Membership is billed at time of signup and every 30 days thereafter until canceled.

  • To cancel a membership, email membership@dependabletech.services 7 days before your next membership invoice to cancel your membership for the upcoming month. If notice is received after this time frame you will still be responsible for paying for upcoming membership fees and services.

  • Active membership is required for access to services.

  • Membership and services are purchased in 30 day pre-paid periods.

  • *Response times may vary but an initial response will come within 24-hours
