COVID has forced many Churches to change the way it delivers God’s Word to the community. What used to work in the past is just that, in the past. DTS wants to help elevate the experience of those coming to church and those listening and watching from abroad so that the Word of God is clear and reaches the hearts and minds of those listening without any interruptions from technical errors.

By providing our Churches with a dedicated Technical Director, we ensure that our clients are informed, prepared, and at peace with the complex technology challenges presented in the worship space.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
STEP 1
Schedule Your Free Virtual Call
Click on the link below to setup your free 30 minute call
with one of our available Virtual Technical Directors.
You will meet with one of our highly trained and skilled virtual technical director.
Their sole focus is to listen and provide solutions.
The call is only 30 minutes so let's get to work.
STEP 2
Meet With Your Virtual Technical Director
During the call be prepared to discuss:

The size of your church
-
An overview of your audio, video, and lighting systems
-
Current and future volunteer/staffing goals

At the end of the call you will be provided with access to a personalized live technical book based on the information we gathered as well as a next steps plan.
STEP 3
Choose Your Additional Monthly Services
At the end of your free call you have a choice:
Choice A: Take the information and implement on your own
or
Choice B: Choose a monthly membership and services package
Either way we are here to help however we can. The cost of our services are fixed but you can explore different options with your Technical Director or through or "Build Your AV Team" site.
STEP 4
Reevaluate Your Services Monthly
If you choose option B, then you are on your way to some Dependable Tech Services. We are so excited to serve you and your community.
Please note: the Virtual Technical Director, the Break-fix membership, and the Video Production services begin on the date of payment. All onsite and installation services will be scheduled within 30 days from confirmation of the agreement.
Our contracts are set for 30-day terms. At the end of the contract you may cancel, renew, or change. It's totally up to you and your church on what is best. This allows you to adjust your AV budget on a month-to-month basis.
